One problem that was obvious in this video is how disconnected the player are , and not mixing within the group. Southgate sorted this out by getting rid of all of the small tables. Looks the same here.

Against City, defend deep and when countering make sure to focus quick counters on their right, as Ake on their left is too good a defender. They leave space open on their right so overloading that side on the counter and then high/low crosses into the box will have them scrambling.
Take your chances and defend, defend, defend esp. crosses to back posts. De Bruyne pulls out to the right and whips in low crosses- prepare to defend these. You got this.
