What I love about our last couple of games especially is that we are controlling games naturally through pressure. When you take players on, when you make the runs, always trying to break the opposition down you naturally take control of the game, or at least are better placed to do so. Ultimately I can't say how much Tonda is right for this job, because I can't see behind the scenes, but I'm seeing genuine improvements on the pitch, not just results. Long may it continue. Brilliant game. I think our problem under previous managers is to force composure and calmness, through forced possession. I don't think any fan was convinced by it, and certainly no opposition players were ever convinced by it, in fact I think it gave oppoisition players confidence. Sometimes it's actually OK to be emotional on the pitch, to attack, to try things, to fail, to be angry and happy, you don't have to be robots. Definitely seeing improvement in this area.
