Jamie Vardy is known as one of the best attackers in England, but his rise to the top has been a true story of perseverance. After being rejected by Sheffield United at age 16, he went on to become a factory worker. He continued to push for his dream of becoming a professional footballer by playing for clubs in the English seventh tier. Then in 2012, Leicester City signed him for just $1.3 million, and the rest is history.

With 24 goals and 8 assists in 2015-16, he was a crucial part of Leicester City’s incredible Premier League title. Among those goals, was a 30-yard volley against Liverpool, a goal Vardy has said is the best he’s ever scored. But how much of the goal does he remember?
