    It seems to me that, the same way a team is improved by getting better and better players, so too must the management advance. Ole did what Utd needed in rebuilding but now a more experienced specialist needs to come in. Nothing against Ole. By most accounts, he is a really nice guy. It's just he has taken the club as far as his personal experience allows. Now it is time for the next stage. His best and most strategic move is to recognize this and, with good will, hand Man Utd over to a new manager. His legacy will remain intact to grateful fans.
